Colette Navin is a qualified sleep scientist with over twenty years of experience in clinical sleep medicine and CPAP in Australia and the UK. Colette holds Masters degrees in Sleep Medicine and Health Services Management and is now bringing her years of experience to patients all around Australia through TeleSleep.
With extensive experience as a team leader, an educator and a sleep professional, Colette is well-placed to provide quality evidence and experience-based advice for both patients and clinicians regarding the use of CPAP.
Colette provides a friendly, down-to-earth approach to remote patient care that can’t be found elsewhere. She tailors each consultation towards the patient’s specific needs, offering personalised care plans and advice.

1:1 Consultations
From your very first consultation, Colette will take the time to get to know you and your circumstances. She will formulate a care plan that is tailored towards your particular concerns and ongoing needs. From then, you may opt for regular check-ins at times that suit you best – whether that be a quick chat to problem-solve an issue, or a more in-depth session where Colette can discuss your recent CPAP reports and provide professional advice on optimising your equipment.

Group Masterclasses
TeleSleep is now taking expressions of interest for existing CPAP users to join a regular Group Masterclass. In these virtual sessions, you will join other CPAP users for a group masterclass, where you’ll have the opportunity to receive advice from Colette, in a relaxed and friendly environment.
